The challenge

Build a trophy that survives the lift.

A tall, top-heavy torch form with integrated lighting had to be lifted, handled, and photographed on stage without fasteners failing or the flame element cracking, on a five-week schedule from contract to delivery.

The approach

Hoku engineered the trophy as a mechanically assembled stack rather than a glued one, so every element could be serviced, replaced, and shipped safely. Champions G2 Esports lifted it on stage at the New York finals.

Build details

  • Timeline: Contract October 8, 2025. Delivered November 11, 2025. About five weeks.
  • Construction: Mechanically assembled from top to bottom, with integrated lighting in the flame
