Judgeman Figure for Jujutsu Kaisen: The Culling Game

A wall-mounted Judgeman figure for the Jujutsu Kaisen: The Culling Game booth at Anime Expo 2026: a cast gloss-white face with stitched eyes and violet lips, a spread black robe, and a pair of hanging brass scales, built alongside a companion Rika figure.

The challenge

Make stillness read at show-floor scale.

Judgeman is a quiet design: one face, one robe, two scales. At booth scale that meant a flawless cast finish on the face, a robe that held a spread silhouette without visible structure, and scales that hung level from concealed rigging.

The approach

Hoku sculpted and cast the face and finished it in automotive gloss, built the robed body over a lightweight frame, fabricated and finished the brass scales, engineered the concealed wall mount and rigging points, and installed on site overnight before the show opened.
