discoidal brackets
For this project, we engineered prototyping and fabrication of functional guide brackets for a small scale capacitive discoidal capacitor.
The luxury of 3d modeling services is that we can utilize our skills to recreate real parts like this discoidal bracket and machine replicas on demand.
On the left is a resin printed replica; on the right is the finished machined part to be delivered to the client.
We began by identifying issues with the client’s production line and pulling dimensional information from the worn out and discontinued part.
We then created a series of resin printed, dimensionally accurate prototypes. The final machined part was then crafted out of 304 Stainless Steel for chemical corrosion resistance.
